This service allows students to see and hear themselves online through an interview system controlled by the campus career center.

Founded in 2003 by two recent grads, Miles Munz and Randy Bitting, InterviewStream was quickly adopted as a practice and screening interviewing tool for job seekers, career counselors, & employers across 4 continents and in 44 states.

The co-founders' commitment to serve the customer was further reinforced with the appointment of Eric Arnson, as CEO in early 2006. Eric brings over 20 years of new product development and customer service experience. His background includes Brand Management with Procter & Gamble and Beecham Cosmetics. He founded, ENVISION, a pioneer in growing new markets, and later sold that entity to McKinsey & Company where he served as a Partner.

Four years of research and tens of thousands of users later, InterviewStream Campus continues to develop its core interviewing technology while introducing new products to expand the reach of campus career centers.
